As far as I know, if you're concerned about the use of artificial sweeteners such as Aspartame and all those E numbers (food additives) and phosphoric acid.

The acid is corrosive to bones and it will make your bones less strong.

If you ask me, I'd go get organic milk instead.

soda i guess is my only vice because all the rest of the top ten bad foods listed here i dont really like anyways but i do love soda and it is actually hard to go without i used to drink up to 6 cans a day im now down to 1 can every couple of days im finding myself actually craving water more often now thank goodness but i still need to have that soda a couple of times a week and im not even a big sugar person i usually avoid sugary stuff because i just dont like the taste of it

exept for the numer 10 ive never had that before but its kind of a rule with foods the food that is worst for you is the most delicuios and the ones that are good taste like crap
