my mom tells me I shouldn't eat eggs more then once in a week because it give you a high cholesterol. is this incorrect?

quinoa is one of the most ancient grains, most easily digestible. Any health food store would have it. You can eat it like w/soup or stews. It cooks quickly in water or broth. Inca red is good stuff.

Actually, egg yolks have the higher protein count, NOT the whites. And it's yet to be proven whether or not the cholesterol in egg yolks is actually bad for you.

I work outdoors and in the summer it gets scorching hot and I sweat a lot. By licking a pinch of salt during coffee break or lunch I actually feel better and less fatigued for the rest of the work day. It doesn't matter what you eat, excessive sweating can cause a huge loss of sodium enough to make you fatigued and unproductive.
