i know tuvas. in 40's they moved to russia from mongolia. they were nomads. of course they have nomadic culture. but not doing well in that video. i wish well for them.

The first one I think is simply a demonstration of the different throat singing styles. The second song I know as "Oske Cherde". I think its from their album 60 Horses in My Herd.
