I agree with you on the proactive part and the magnifying the wrong. This is very common sa ating mga pinoy. I think social disease natin ito. If only we put our hearts and minds together as people and focus on improvement, progresss, resolving problems at iwasan ang mga bad habits (i.e.: paninira, kurakot, etc) mas malayo ang mararating natin as a nation.
